WHAT'S THIS ALL ABOUT?
Who doesn’t love Italian cooking? Not the formulaic just-bung-on-some-puree -type. This is about authentic food and more like learning how to cook with your new best Italian friend than a commercial enterprise.
If you thought you could cook a pretty decent risotto then learn how to make a simply delicious one. If you’re a foodie sort, then these classes are all going to seriously ratchet up your cheffy skills. If you are a beginner then learning how to do it properly from the start will be a joy, not only to you, but for everyone who comes round to sample your pizzas - expect a queue.
These classes are packed with invaluable tips, so you can go home and cook the best pizza and focaccia and stir a risotto to die for. If you would like to learn about vegetarian options then that’s covered too. There are three classes to choose from, and each one runs once a month.
