Yeah it was a great tour around a lovely Palace. Tour guide was very informative and very friendly.

We had a great check in and our room was fantastic, After noon tea was very scrumptious and the cocktail was very nice, they even had decaf tea ,they made my sandwiches to my liking as i don’t eat some things. The cooked breakfast the next day was good but the fried eggs were hard as put into a dish with a lid ,the pastries were very nice and the rest of the breakfast good value for the money. Sorry My photos were taken from my phone.

I had a great time. This was my first ever attempt at using a pottery wheel. The instructor was very kind and patient and willing to let me try all the steps myself. Highly recommend!

The workshop was one of the best things I’ve done since moving to London a year ago. I left the session with a huge smile on my face and a bounce in my step, my creative juices given a boost and a reminder of how much arts and crafts is good for my soul.

Given as a gift for a special birthday. The hotel was amazing - it was luxurious, ultra comfortable and the location by the water was perfect. The room was spacious, with its own small balcony from which the O2 and Cable Car were seen. Afternoon tea was delicious - the only downside was that our waitress was very slow and also a bit forgetful as we had to ask several times for the accompanying beverage!

Utterly fabulous! A really special, different, afternoon. Can't fault it. Plenty of cheese and lovely wine.

Thoroughly enjoyed our visit to this unusual art installation. Each of the rooms were quite different themes. Staff were pleasant, toilets were clean and there is a nice cafe. There was a small charge for storing large bags but this was all being donated to charity. An enjoyable couple of hours spent here. We then went to the Stablehand near Hyde Park and were met with a warm welcome, excellent service and a very pleasant meal. Had a lovely day enjoying these two experiences

Service was efficient when we arrived but not rushed. Several dishes such as the tuna and the gyoza were spot on. Very minor downside was missing cutlery for the dessert selection but quickly rectified

Yacht stay was amazing, highly recommend, the evening meal was fabulous. Our room was massive and nice and clean.

The food was divine, the scones were fresh and warm in a cotton bag. We were shown how to fix the silver strainer to the cup. Our waiter, Paolo, was ever present if we wanted anything but invisible when we didn't. Just a truly amazing experience and worth every penny.

Upon arrival at the reception desk all staff were polite and certainly made us feel welcome, we were ushered to our seats without any rush, the food was excellent from the starter, main and dessert with a complimentary Mocktail. Although there was only one choice of Mocktail our experience overall including the staff, the ambience of the dining area. Not to loud not too quiet.

I was given this as a Christmas present for my boyfriend and I, so we booked it for early January. We went on a Friday at 2pm and so it was quiet, and that was nice as I'd imagine it would be harder to enjoy if it was packed full of people. The staff were very lovely and attentive, and offered us refills not only for our drinks (champagne and tea) but also for our food (sandwiches, scones and pastries). James was brilliant - he struck the perfect balance of fun, informal and informative and everyone really enjoyed the safari. I'd definitely recommend this if you're a keen instagrammer and looking for some useful tips to freshen your 'gram game and better use your phone camera.

We were given this voucher as a gift and what a wonderful present. Venue was great, staff were amazing and the food was exceptional. The Miso Aubergine was amazing as were the sweet treats. Would highly recommend this.

Had such a lovely relaxing time celebrating my friend's 50th. Claire was great at explaining all and we came home with some lovely bespoke plates.
