I have taken a star off for the venue as the Palm Court is not wheelchair accessible - indeed getting in to the hotel at all required a staff member going to get a ramp and us entering through the bar in a confined space. That aside, the experience was wonderful. The Urban photography with James was a birthday present from my wife, all communications with Claire via Indytute were spot on and the meet was on time. James is a skilled photographer and all round nice chap who was able to communicate to the array of clients with varying skills, ages and equipment. The 90 minutes flew by and centred around four photography tasks to sharpen the skills. Fantastic tour, brilliant wine, beautiful scenery. Offvine took us to 3 lovely, unique vineyards - it was such a convenient and easy way to explore the variety of wineries Kent has to offer. The staff at each were very helpful and informative. A fabulous day out! Would definitely do it again.

Visiting London with friend. Husband bought me this for Christmas. Arrived early and they let us in before our time. Very attentive staff and service Afternoon tea menu was explained. 5 different sandwiches lovely. Warm scones with clotted cream and preserve. 4 different cakes. Asked for one of the cakes to be changed as we didn’t like it no problem at all. Harpist was an added bonus. Would recommend wonderful experience.

Everything was perfect from the start and delivered on all levels, including the help to book the trip via Indytute (big shout out to Helen who quickly resolved my booking problem) down to the day itself. A delightful experience and something a bit different to the norm. Great location and delicious cheese and wine. Barge staff were really friendly and helpful. No negatives and shall definitely be returning.

Yes, had a fantastic visit to Windsor. Weather was amazingly hot as well. The meal at corner hse was excellent as well. Big portions! Overall a fantastic day out.

I was given this as a Christmas present for my boyfriend and I, so we booked it for early January. We went on a Friday at 2pm and so it was quiet, and that was nice as I'd imagine it would be harder to enjoy if it was packed full of people. The staff were very lovely and attentive, and offered us refills not only for our drinks (champagne and tea) but also for our food (sandwiches, scones and pastries). Brilliant workshop...so much fun and a great way to spend an evening! I bought this as a first wedding anniversary gift for my husband (paper) and because we had our honeymoon in Japan! It couldn’t have been more perfect! Wonderful teacher and some great creations!!

Given as a gift for a special birthday. The hotel was amazing - it was luxurious, ultra comfortable and the location by the water was perfect. The room was spacious, with its own small balcony from which the O2 and Cable Car were seen. Afternoon tea was delicious - the only downside was that our waitress was very slow and also a bit forgetful as we had to ask several times for the accompanying beverage!

We didn't really know what to expect, in fact we thought it would be a group wine tasting rather than a personal experience for us two. It was great, lovely place and lovely people, the wines were right up our street and the vegan nibbles we perfect.

We were given this trip up the Shard followed by dinner at the London Steakhouse as a gift, and really enjoyed this special experience! When booking, we selected our time so that we could go up the Shard an hour before sunset, and stayed for about two hours so that we saw the views in daylight and after dark - both were stunning! My sister and I had a fantastic time at the drawing class, the miniature donkeys were called Gilbert and Sullivan and they were adorable. They munched on hay all the time and were so good. Jenny was lovely and very encouraging and we had a great time. We will definately be doing this again. I have attached my drawing of them (it won't be sold at Sotherby's any time soon!!!) but is a lovely reminder of a special day.
