Please allow 5-10 days. Craft kits are sent within 1-2 days by 1st class Royal Mail but there could be local delays.
Food and drink experiences are sent by DPD and arrive within 2-3 days

Most creative kits can be shipped to Europe (but not food or booze). Shipped via Royal Mail. Shipping £13 per item. Please allow 14 - 20 days for delivery.

ONCE BOOKED IN

Once you have booked in with our partners you are bound by their terms and conditions and refund policy. If you or a partner cancels a class, vouchers in most cases will be extended and you will be booked in at a later date.

Refunds are not offered on vouchers once booked in with our partner. Refunds are only offered as per our usual T's and C's within 30 days of purchase.

We will continue to monitor the situation and our hearts go out to everyone effected.

EXPERIENCE GIFT VOUCHERS

Vouchers for our London experiences. If you want them instantly then select the download option - they will automatically come to your inbox.

We post out gift voucher packs within 24 hours. They go 1st class Royal Mail. Allow 1-3 days.

You can also 'e-gift' to a friend at a date in future so it lands in their inbox. Never miss a birthday again!

VOUCHER EXTENSIONS

In some circumstances we can extend your voucher by 6 months. To be booked in within that time at a charge of 20% to cover our costs.

HOW MUCH IS POSTAGE AND PACKING?

Postage is included in our kits. £3.95 per order for our experience vouchers or free if you select download.

CAN I GET A REFUND OR RETURN AN UNWANTED EXPERIENCE?

Refunds are only offered to the buyer on gift experiences bought within 30 days of purchase. Please email bookings@indytute.com with your order number.

We can not refund an experience once you are booked in with the experience provider. Once you are booked in you are bound by their T's and C's and booking policy.

There is no refund on gift cards.

CANCELLED OR POSTPONED EXPERIENCES BY THE EXPERIENCE PARTNER

In the unlikely event of one of our partners cancels or postpones an event we can not offer refunds on travel or accommodation.

We can not refund the voucher cost to the buyer once booked in with our partner but will exchange for an alternative, extend validity or exchange for a gift card if agreed with our partner.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY GIFT?

Yes!  We are happy to exchange your gift experience for something else.  This needs to be done before you register your voucher on redeem.indytute.com
