WHAT'S THIS ALL ABOUT?
The vineyards are the heart of Gusbourne, an estate in the Kent countryside, an hour from London.
Here, pruning is an artform, judging the weather second nature. The land is managed by sustainable practices; Gusbourne is alive with native flora and fauna, the air filled with birdsong, and the grapes - well, the grapes are simply delicious.
As they say at Gusbourne, they produce the very best from what nature has provided.
It is here in the relaxed, modern tasting area called ‘The Nest’ you will be exploring their classic range of sparkling wines. Your host will explain the sparkle behind four of their wines, as you enjoy the atmosphere and sip deliciousness. Expect winemaking insights and vintage details. Do ask your own questions, this is expected.

The tasting lasts an hour, after which you are welcome to stay and explore the vineyards at your leisure - and you must. It is a treat to walk around the land and see the vines, they are after all the heart of this award-winning estate.

The Sunborn was luxurious and the staff, service, afternoon tea and breakfast were wonderful.The room and all the facilities were fantastic and the location was great and very close to the station, restaurants etc. We found a fantastic local pub in Canning town which was a great find and enjoyed our night with the locals.
Our experience at the Palm Court for the ‘Afternoon Tea’ was divine, a calm atmosphere coupled by friendly service by all staff particularly ‘Kim & Efrey’. We arrived to the location earlier and kindly escorted to our table where we could explore the menu & unwind. The cutlery was immaculate served in Silver Wear, ‘Kim’ explained each tier as vegetarians my Mum & I had a variety of fresh sandwiches. A fantastic view, interesting information on the way Tower Bridge was designed and built. Loved everyinute and would happily go again. The staff were helpful and friendly.
What a delight .John shares his intimate memories of his gigs in London and we visited the iconic venues of my youth and some only read about not seen. A really interesting 2-3 hours and set at a comfortable pace for all. Fascinating photo references. Really well presented. Indytute also extremely efficient and helpful in the booking process. Highly recommended both the tour and the organisation.
My sister and myself had a brilliant afternoon Tea at the Sheraton Grand Park Lane Hotel, London. We arrived slightly earlier than the time booked but this was no problem for the staff. Very friendly, courteous and attentive. Glass of champagne to start, sandwiches, cakes and tea and coffee. All very delicious and freshly made. We would certainly recommend this venue to people and intend visiting again.
