Upon arrival at the reception desk all staff were polite and certainly made us feel welcome, we were ushered to our seats without any rush, the food was excellent from the starter, main and dessert with a complimentary Mocktail. Although there was only one choice of Mocktail our experience overall including the staff, the ambience of the dining area. Not to loud not too quiet.

Super meal lovely restaurant, great staff Location near Liverpool Street Station

The view from the shard is fantastic, so we'll staffed and a great new way to see the sights. Getting to the restaurant was easy enough after a lot of Google searching. There are members of staff available to answer questions and point out landmarks - especial thanks to Howard who was very helpful and informative. It feels amazing t...

Design-wise, it has a comfortable feel with interesting artwork and good space between tables. Menu is traditional (as you'd expect with a Steakhouse) and service was excellent - present but not intrusive. Wine was quite pricey for a 50cl carafe of Malbec. Of the two steaks ordered, both were cooked to order but one was rather grisly (as stated to waiter at the...
