To master the bread, all you need is a couple of hours to spare and a zoom link.
You download your E workbook in advance of the live lesson, to give you time to gather together the ingredients and a few kitchen utensils. Then let the expert bakers guide you through these classic treats from the kneading, boiling (yes really, boiling) and baking.

Select your chosen lesson from the menu, or if you fancy yeasting out then go for an annual subscription, which allows you access to all the workshops. Even better if you’re feeling a bit frangipane about a workshop you’ve already done, and would like another grissini then no problem, you can keep on repeating the lesson until you are puff perfect.
