This is a picnic feast. We’ve gone for vibrant colours and tastes redolent of Barcelona. You may be in Hoxton, Dollis Hill or Barnes but it doesn’t mean you can’t go all Spanish. Your box includes lots of Spain's favourite dishes and is perfect for grazing your way through the day including homemade and everyone's favourite Pastel de Nata.
Please be aware, that as with all things Indytute, these are brilliantly inspired picnics. When you open the box be prepared to be just a little bit excited.
Plates, knives and forks are bamboo.

VEGETARIAN GRAZING PICNIC
1x Spanish tortilla
1x Roasted garlic aioli
1x Griddled asparagus with romesco sauce
Box of sliced vegetarian Manchego cheese with quince paste (membrillo)
Pan con tomate (Sourdough bread with grated fresh tomato and extra virgin olive oil)
1x Pot of gordal olives (pitted Queen olives) w/ orange zest & thyme
2x Gazpacho bowl (cherry gazpacho or salmorejo or green gazpacho)
THE CHEFS
When the going gets tough, it’s no good crying into the soup (well you can for a bit). London Kitchen Deliveries are bespoke catering company providing frankly delicious food for parties and weddings. The go to team if you care about food and presentation. They had a full season of events, all cancelled. They had to reinvent themselves in double quick time, changing their name and their focus. Used to the hurly burly of events they have seamlessly moved on, providing feasts for virtual pop-ups and now lockdown picnics.
Indytute and L.K.D are symbiotic, with similar goals and the determination not to allow the situation we find ourselves in to get the better of us. So with that in mind we’ve teamed up with Jenny and Monica to create these delicious picnics and cream teas.
