We received our voucher as a gift from a family member at Christmas. When we visited the Sanctum Soho Hotel for our experience we started with the savoury options of: *Tuna Tataki with a Ponzu Dressing and a Fennel & Seaweed Salad. * Steamed & Pan Fried Vegetable Gyoza. * Chicken Kara-age Skewer with a Lemon Kewpie Mayonnaise. * Soft Shell Crab Slider with Wasabi. Great fun day. Loads of attacking things with an angle grinder and bashing with hammers. What's not to love! It was superb change from my day-to-day sitting in front of a computer screen. And at the end, I have a fantastic firepit that burns anything and everything you put in it! Dead easy to light, very little smoke and ferociously hot - makes an excellent patio heater! My version even has some supports on the top for a bit of outdoor cooking. Perfect for a cast iron skillet.
Thoroughly enjoyed our visit to this unusual art installation. Each of the rooms were quite different themes. Staff were pleasant, toilets were clean and there is a nice cafe. There was a small charge for storing large bags but this was all being donated to charity. An enjoyable couple of hours spent here. We then went to the Stablehand near Hyde Park and were met with a warm welcome, excellent service and a very pleasant meal. Had a lovely day enjoying these two experiences
The workshop was one of the best things I’ve done since moving to London a year ago. I left the session with a huge smile on my face and a bounce in my step, my creative juices given a boost and a reminder of how much arts and crafts is good for my soul.
