Imaginative recipes and fun flavour explorations will be used to encourage an interest in food and wellbeing. The children will cook predominately vegetarian dishes together, with each month taking a different theme (seasonal vegetables, fancy grains and guest food experts). The children (aged 10+) will don their ‘chef’s uniforms’ and leave with recipe notes and their dishes will be presented to their customers (the parents).
The Young Radicals is led by Natasha Miller of Miller Libertine, creator of edible adventures and gourmet wellness patisserie.
