WHAT'S THIS ALL ABOUT?
Bath is glorious from any angle, but seeing the city come to life from a kayak is pretty special. Glide under bridges, past wildlife, and relish some of the most unique views the city has to offer. This is a 2-hour paddle, which will also include getting you kitted out and a talk on the basics. Your instructor will be paddling with you, so you will feel safe regardless of your skill level - zero is not an issue for this company.
The views of the River Avon and Pulteney Bridge are a ‘must-have,’ and you don’t have to worry about selfies. Your guide will be snapping away, and they will be sent through to you as soon as the tour is over.

Take a towel. You are on the water, after all. Chances of falling in are very low, but they do ask that you are able to swim fifteen meters in light clothing, just in case. Wetsuit trousers and windproof tops are available if you need them.
The tour is suitable for anyone from the age of 8 upwards. All instructors are qualified and experienced, with excellent local knowledge, and their mission is to ensure you have fun on the water. Max group size is 12 people, so you won’t be paddling en masse.
On it, in it, or beside it - taking the waters at Bath is the way to unwind. Bath was built for pleasure, and there is pleasure by the paddle-load to be had on this kayak adventure.

We had a great experience kayaking through a beautiful Avon River with Original Wild. Lots of nature, having fun and enjoying the weather. Instructions from Al were clear; our trip was safe and easy, even for our eight y.o. I definitely recommend that for friends and family as a "thing to do" in Bath.
Highly recommended. Great experience, even for those who have not paddled before. Our tour guide was fun and helpful. For the paddling / kayaking it is strongly recommended to wear swimwear or sportswear as your backside will get wet! :-)
