This fun Thai cooking class is all about bold flavours, fragrant ingredients and hands on kitchen skills. Participants will work alongside an experienced instructor who explains how classic Thai dishes are built, showing how to balance sweetness, acidity and spice with confidence. The session is practical from start to finish, with plenty of chopping, frying and tasting as you prepare a warm mango salad, crisp spring rolls with a hot mango and chilli sauce, and a comforting coconut curry served with sticky rice. Everything is made from scratch using fresh ingredients, so they will leave knowing exactly how each dish comes together. Once the cooking is complete, sit down to enjoy the full spread created.
THE ALL IMPORTANT DETAILS
The class runs for approximately two hours in a fully equipped kitchen in Chelmsford, Essex. All ingredients, equipment and expert guidance are provided. The experience is available for one or two people depending on the option chosen, and all dishes cooked during the session are enjoyed on the day.

A brilliant experience. It was well thought out and planned, covering all the essential tips through different areas in the inspirational Shorditch.
