This lively street food masterclass explores bold flavours, fast paced cooking and globally inspired dishes. The session focuses on how iconic street food comes together, from building layers of spice to achieving the right balance of texture and heat. The menu takes inspiration from bustling food stalls across Asia, North Africa and beyond, featuring colourful plates packed with aroma and punchy flavour. Participants will prepare a selection of vibrant dishes using fresh ingredients, guided step by step by an experienced cookery tutor. Expect plenty of hands on cooking, tasting throughout and clear explanations that make each technique easy to understand. The experience leaves everyone well equipped to recreate exciting street style food at home with confidence and flair.

THE ALL IMPORTANT DETAILS

The experience takes place at Smart School of Cookery's kitchen at either Canary Wharf, London or Chelmsford, Essex and lasts for approximately 2 hours. All ingredients, equipment and expert instruction are included. The class is interactive, relaxed, suitable for all skill levels and available for one or two people. Comfortable clothing and closed shoes are recommended. Recipes are provided to take away.
