A creative stay at home experience with video so you can make your own Macrame plant hanger.

WHAT'S THIS ALL ABOUT?

The 1970’s was awash with Macrame. If you were hippy dippy then no kaftan was complete without a belt or a bag to set off the look. Times move on, and now every home should have a plant hanger. The off white yarn and the green of a house plant are a very good fit, and they are hugely satisfying to make. If you get stuck, find a Brownie who’s good at reef knots, or maybe it’s simpler to look at the easy to follow video tutorial which is supplied inside every kit.

What you hang is relevant to the look. Think parsley or basil in the kitchen, a moss ball in the bathroom and give green joy to a dull corner. We love a mini cactus.

It’s all very Elle Deco, and remember everything you need is in the box, which by the way is very pretty too. A treat to unwrap.
