This sauna experience is based in the heart of Crosby Coastal Park, the gateway to the Mersey Estuary. An area of outstanding natural beauty, it’s the ideal way to destress and take in the scenery as you heat up in an authentic Scandinavian, handcrafted, wood-fired (yes, logs) sauna.
Take the recommended fifteen minutes of heat, and then choose to plunge into a tin tub filled with icy water, or simply cool off and relax before going back into the warmth. Gather a group and go all out for a private 50-minute sauna and cold plunge session (up to six people). There’s a small changing area and a place to store your belongings within the sauna. This isn’t a tucked-away-in-the-corner kind of sauna. It’s all about location, location, location—so sit back and relish the view.

Me and my partner had a gorgeous Sauna experience today right next the pretty Marina. The Sauna was clean and hot and had a lovely sauna smell and the dunking bath was perfect for 2. We’ll defiantly be back again 😚
Cracking sauna! Professional set up. Never sweated so much in my life! And a nice cold water dip in between sessions. Fantastic and friendly people running it too. Definitely recommend.
