Two wine lovers can spend a whole Sunday exploring some of Sussex’s finest vineyards, travelling between three award-winning estates aboard a comfortable, air-conditioned luxury bus.
The day begins at Oastbrook Estate, where a guided tasting of four award-winning wines comes with the story behind the estate and its vintages. Next, it’s on to Oxney Estate, England’s largest single-estate organic vineyard, for a delicious Sussex cheese and charcuterie lunch overlooking the vines. Four organic wines are served alongside, with vegetarian and vegan options available.

The final stop is Charles Palmer Vineyards, home to some of the Rother Valley’s oldest vines. Here, a final guided tasting showcases four elegant still and sparkling wines, accompanied by spectacular countryside and coastal views.
With return transfers from a mainline station included, it’s an easy-going day of great wine, delicious food and beautiful Sussex scenery for two.

When booking, we selected our time so that we could go up the Shard an hour before sunset, and stayed for about two hours so that we saw the views in daylight and after dark - both were stunning! The Sunborn was luxurious and the staff, service, afternoon tea and breakfast were wonderful.The room and all the facilities were fantastic and the location was great and very close to the station, restaurants etc. We found a fantastic local pub in Canning town which was a great find and enjoyed our night with the locals.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Windsor Castle. It was a warm day and the Sun bounced off the stone walls of the Castle. We started with a guided tour of the gardens and outside spaces within the walls. Very well kept and staff were very helpful and professional. What a hidden gem this place is! Just 5 minutes walk from London Bridge and the hustle and bustle of Borough Market this pancake place is lovely. We received a warm friendly welcome from the staff, they explained in detail options for my husband who's pescatarian and doesn't eat eggs. We had the Australian corn fritters with extra pancake and a vegan option (very close to pancakes with eggs, slightly less tasty but once the toppings were on you wouldn't notice).
