WHAT'S THIS ALL ABOUT?
This experience takes place outside and is a complete day retreat. It is a group experience, but as you arrive, you will be split into two, so that you never feel crowded. The first part of the day begins with enjoying the sauna and cold plunge. The healing heat of the rather lovely ‘barrel’ sauna will relax your muscles and release the toxins from your body. The cold plunge stimulates the circulation and awakens the senses. There will be a Yin and Yang yoga session to stretch your muscles and calm your mind. You are starting to feel very relaxed.
Lunch is shared, and you will be asked to bring a dish either for yourself or to share with the whole group—a communal meal.

After lunch, one set of bowls will be replaced with another. Gentle Shiatsu massage will be applied (either to your feet or your face, it’s up to you), as a Tibetan singing bowl is placed on your body. The sound vibration will resonate throughout your body and mind. The harmonious tones help to release tension, reduce stress, and restore balance.
Alma Jade and Aggy will be guiding you through the day, ensuring that you get the best from the session, and you certainly will leave feeling very uplifted and experiencing a feeling of peace.

The venue is excellent, very calm and comfortable for a relaxed afternoon. Great surroundings and the food was delicious. A lovely alternative the traditional afternoon tea. The staff were lovely too. A very enjoyable experience.

Fantastic tour, brilliant wine, beautiful scenery. Offvine took us to 3 lovely, unique vineyards - it was such a convenient and easy way to explore the variety of wineries Kent has to offer. The staff at each were very helpful and informative. A fabulous day out! Would definitely do it again.
