WHAT'S THIS ALL ABOUT?
In this experience, it'll be just your family and you'll learn the basics of SUP (Stand Up Paddleboarding). Your SUP guides will show you how to paddle, steer, stand up, and get back down again. This is a full intro to SUP, covering water safety and basic paddle techniques. Expect herons, rowers, and even the odd kingfisher.

This is a 90-minute session launching from The Eyot Centre, close to Henley Bridge and the town centre. It will include instruction and a short tour, heading under Henley Bridge with views of the old market town and the surrounding countryside. Tour length will depend on the children's ages and experience, and kayaks are also available if you prefer.
There’s nothing more fun than messing about on a board! Don’t think you can’t do it—this lesson will prove that you certainly can.
THE ALL IMPORTANT DETAILS
Sessions operate Tuesday-Sunday from May (earlier if weather and river conditions allow) through September. Other venues include Wargrave, Maidenhead, and Reading (on request, but please note these venues offer less availability).

Great communication as we changed the date. 4 late Teens (2 x 19 & 2 x 17) mixed sex, they felt tutorial was clear and informative. They thoroughly enjoyed the day and would not stop talking about Colin and the day. Have told everyone to book up when they are down. I wanted to book a session as something to do as a family and also to ensure my children could paddle board safely on the river without me. Nick was very helpful with sorting the right session. Anna took our session on the day and tailored it to our wishes throughout. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, and would definitely recommend.
