Downward Facing Dog on a Paddleboard? Yes really. This is a traditional yoga class, taught on the water.


Well the first good thing is that your Paddleboard is larger than a yoga mat, and the second good thing is you don’t need experience of boards or yoga to take part, although you should be comfortable in and around water, and know how to swim (although the chances of falling in, are funnily enough, quite low).


Imagine - there you are floating on the canal, working with the elements to create an overall yoga experience, adapting all the time to the gentle motion of the board. We feel relaxed just thinking about it. This class gives you core stability and yoga flow, using the rocking of the water, in a fabulous open-air environment


Classes are run at Camden’s on the Regent’s Canal, London or on the river at Windsor, Berkshire with the castle as your backdrop.  The class lasts for 75 minutes.  They can provide wetsuits if you're worried but otherwise gym kit is perfect. 


SUP Paddleboarding Yoga will start up again from April 2019 and run Monday - Thursday at 6.30pm and Sat & Sun 10.30 & 4pm .  We are extending the validity of vouchers to reflect this.
