WHAT TO EXPECT
Biriyani is one of the most popular dishes in India and a true celebration of Indian Cuisine. Exploding with flavour and fragrant spices, biryani is traditionally prepared for festive or special occasions, and is made up of layers of fluffy, saffron infused rice, caramelised onions, and chicken marinated in warming spices and herbs. The Urban photography with James was a birthday present from my wife, all communications with Claire via Indytute were spot on and the meet was on time. James is a skilled photographer and all round nice chap who was able to communicate to the array of clients with varying skills, ages and equipment. The location was great for us as we were attending Excel convention centre, but for me, despite the very comfortable king size bed and the wonderful food, my favourite thing was the amazing view from our balcony. You can see Canary Wharf and it looks stunning at night and again in the morning sun. Absolutely perfect destination for a relaxing time in lovely cityscape.
