WHAT'S THIS ALL ABOUT?

A cocoa-infused adventure. Over the course of 3 hours, you will be introduced to chocolate shops and artisans. Paul is your guide, a former coffee and cocoa commodity trader, with seven years of industry experience. These aren't just chocolates—these are Mayfair chocolates, and of course you will be sampling the product as you stroll from shop to shop. Truffles to ganaches, each one more delicious than the last, and en route you will be learning about the history of the chocolate trade.

Meet up at Green Park tube station before embarking on a tour of London's best chocolatiers. Try some of the more unusual flavours—you'll be surprised. Lime Pickle anyone? This really is a luxury walk. A couple of stops boast the Royal Warrant. Do they deserve their spot in the royal chocolate boxes? See if you can spot the family favourites.

You don't have to be a chocolate connoisseur to go on this walk, but you will be by the time you get to the last shop. These are some of the world's finest cocoa-based creations—appreciate the art as you learn about the tempering and molding, and how you can perfect the texture and shine. Of course you already know how to conch the bean—or maybe you don't?

There is so much more to a chocolate than just a pretty box.

Very attentive staff and service Afternoon tea menu was explained. 5 different sandwiches lovely. Warm scones with clotted cream and preserve. 4 different cakes.
