WHAT’S THIS ALL ABOUT ?
This group workshop is run by Easton Chilli, who are based in Bristol. They are, of course, an award-winning company, selling sizzling jars of heat. Pineapple chilli jam and Sunray sauce are key names to look out for, all hand-made and stirred, which is what you will be doing in this class.
TELL ME MORE
Learn about the different types of chilli and look at key ingredients that go into a mix. There will be a light supper at the end of the course using some of the products you have just made, but of course you will also be taking them home to cheer up the store cupboard.
Feel free to bring along any extra ingredients if there is something you particularly want to make. It's nice to put your own spin on a sauce, but really we think they will have supplied everything you could think of to breathe fire into your inner dragon.
