WHAT'S THIS ALL ABOUT?
The name is synonymous with the top-secret world of the World War Two codebreakers. No one could have guessed back in the day, that it would have inspired a cocktail bar - a cocktail bar like no other. More 1940s bunker.
The Bletchley is based in Churchill’s decommissioned library den. As soon as you enter you will become immersed in your new character. Captain or Colonel? Military jackets will be provided.
The decor sets the scene, and the staff stay true to period. Of course, it’s not all fancy dress - you are there to complete a mission. The enemy is all around you. You need to decode the problem, call headquarters (radios provided), and gain your reward.
Your reward? A personalised cocktail. In fact three cocktails. No recipe is ever repeated. Visit a hundred times, and you will never get the same drink twice. You will need strong deductive reasoning, the codes are Turin-cyptic, which should keep all aspiring code breakers happily engaged.
The recipe will remain a secret between you and the Bletchley agents.
