WHAT WILL I BE LEARNING?

During this 90-minute class you’ll get to grips with the three Bs: Breath, Bars and Blues – and discover the correct way to hold the harmonica. Learn to play a single note and ‘harmonica train’, master chords and a three-bar blues riff, and improvise with a blues jam.

THE ALL IMPORTANT DETAILS

Harmonicas are not provided on the day, so you’ll need to bring a 10-hole diatonic in the key of C. Names to look out for are Hohner, Lee Oskar, Seydel and Suzuki. Each class caters for a maximum of 15 people and takes place in Shoreditch, London. Classes take place on Saturdays roughly once every six weeks, and run for 1.5 hours. Bring a friend - this is an experience for two people.
