WHAT'S THIS ALL ABOUT?
Spend a full day exploring the fascinating world of wild food with a professional forager from Totally Wild UK. Out in the countryside, they’ll learn to identify edible plants, fungi, herbs and seasonal ingredients, while discovering how wild food can be used in all sorts of delicious and practical ways.
There’ll be plenty of opportunities to stop, examine different species and sample wild food tasters, which might include syrups, infused drinks, flavoured salts and other seasonal treats. Along the way, they’ll learn the essentials of safe and sustainable foraging, building confidence in identifying and harvesting wild ingredients responsibly.

Then it’s time to put those newfound skills to work in a hands-on communal cookery session. Freshly foraged ingredients will become a seasonal three-course lunch, with previous menus including Wild Garlic and Dehydrated Mushroom Fresh Rolls, Dandelion and Dulse Rice Noodle Salad and Elderflower Eton Mess.
Afterwards, a detailed email will recap the day, including harvesting tips and recipes from the meal to recreate at home.

Lovely venue. We had an Executive room which was very spacious with a balcony and views over the river. Dinner in the Lands End restaurant was excellent and breakfast the following morning too, plenty of choice. Great gift for our Anniversary.
Throughly enjoyed Windsor Castle, lovely day weather wise, bit too hot ! 😀 well worth the money. Afternoon tea was ok, but not much choice of sandwiches.
I booked this tour for my mum and myself as a treat during a long weekend away in London. We were met by our guide Tristan and our group were taken to get our beautiful bikes for our tour. The tour was fantastic and Tristan was so attentive and charming throughout. The market was a bustle of activity which was great to experience and the gin was fantastic!
We had such an incredible time for my boyfriends birthday. Highly recommend, we loved it!
Trish was a lovely young lady who definitely has a passion for Hampton Court and was a great source of information. The bikes were easy to ride and it was just a perfect way to experience the Parks, the Thames and Hampton court palace. Highly recommended..
The view from the shard is fantastic, so we'll staffed and a great new way to see the sights. Getting to the restaurant was easy enough after a lot of Google searching. The restaurant was nice but we were disappointed by the fact that we had to buy our side dishes. It just took the edge off our enjoyment as this wasn't a cheap option gift. I don't think it would harm profits to throw in some chips and veggies. I ended up spending an extra £50 for two people to have chips and 2 drinks. The food w...
