WHAT'S THIS ALL ABOUT?
Think of food and Soho and your taste buds could be forgiven for thinking it’s all about China Town, but Soho, once known mainly for corruption and vice is now the chosen beat for the ‘Chubby Fellow’, aka David Cotter. He still uses the word ‘promiscuous’ to describe this tour of the culinary backstreets, but on close questioning, this is due to the variety of the menus rather than the venues.
WHAT HAPPENS IN THIS EXPERIENCE?
On this sumptuous tour, expect to taste and slurp some of Chinatown’s finest dim sum, before diving into an authentic South East Asian dish, mopped up with a traditional roti. A French pastry acts as a chaser to more street food and a couple of cocktails to round things off, alongside yet another sweet treat. Although this sounds a riotous combo, every dish is chosen to compliment the other.
Put it this way, you won’t go hungry.
David is your charming host on this tour. Born and raised in London, he is well steeped in the city and the culture. Expect some banter about the area, as well as in depth knowledge of the food. A walk, a talk, excellent company and delicious food.

The location was great for us as we were attending Excel convention centre, but for me, despite the very comfortable king size bed and the wonderful food, my favourite thing was the amazing view from our balcony. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Windsor Castle. It was a warm day and the Sun bounced off the stone walls of the Castle. We started with a guided tour of the gardens and outside spaces within the walls. Very well kept and staff were very helpful and professional.
