Just looking at the threads, and the colours is a joy. In this workshop there are only 4 looms so it's an ideal skill to learn in a small group with the mates, your ma, a wayward child…...
WHAT HAPPENS IN THIS WORKSHOP?
All you have to do is rock up, and before you know it you will be looking at your own, unique handwoven cloth. Once the ‘first time’ instruction is under your belt, you can go on to book solo time. This is perfect for beginners, in a brilliant environment with an inspiring teacher.
After ten minutes you will be starting to weave, then you just relax into it and see what happens. Learn loom anatomy, tools and tricks, play with & fibre and colour, shapes and stripes and creative techniques.
Make a hanging or a table runner. Placemats anyone?

- Choose between 2 or 4 hour class (in dropdown) and is located in a fab studio in Hackney
- Regular classes throughout the week and on weekends
