WHAT'S THIS ALL ABOUT?

A dining club like no other….challenge your senses with a somewhat confusing but definitely intriguing 9-course sensory tasting menu.  Everything about this dining club is a joy.

Firstly there’s the location, and one that will certainly float your boat, because it is one.  A lux canal boat moored in the Paddington Basin and now the home to a 20 seat chef’s table.

The chef is Ricky Evans, and he will take you on a culinary journey.   Remember this is the ‘Delirium Dining Club’. So nothing is quite what you would expect. It is all delicious, but have your senses primed and ready for this fine dining challenge.  If it looks savoury, then it’s probably sweet, if it looks sweet …you get the idea.

This year Ricky visited Thailand, where he spent a month immersed in their food culture. Next year, who knows? The only certainty is that you are assured of eating the best of British seasonal produce in ways you could never anticipate.

If you have ever found yourself stuck for conversation over dinner, there is absolutely no need to worry in this restaurant. Each one of the nine courses will provide inspiration for some sparkling repartee as you discuss the finer points of Thai Sausage Doughnut, or cogitate why the ice cream starter sort of isn’t.

Doors open prompt at 7.00pm - get there on time, this experience is timed down to the last tastebud
