WHAT'S THIS ALL ABOUT?

If you thought cheese was all about red wine and port, think again… it’s the botanical notes and crispness that make gin and cheese a natural partnership, and takes the traditional cheese board to a new and definitely cheerful level.

The ‘Mother’s little Helper’ cheese and gin experience was run virtually by The Cheese Bar and was a sell-out every time it came up. This tasting experience is now going well and truly live, with a happy hour and a half spent sampling British cheeses paired with four British gins- including the famous Half Hitch, which is distilled around the corner from The Cheese Bar in Camden Market.

Your tasting will include information on the history of British cheese, and you will learn about the cheesemakers and gin producers.

Look out for a rather special one-off gin, which has been created specifically for this experience and saved to savour at the end.
