WHAT'S THIS ALL ABOUT?

Zindiya is an Indian streatery, and as such is designed to give you a flavour of an Indian street market. It's ridiculously colourful and buzzy. From the fairy lights in the ceiling to the signs on the walls, the whole place is crafted to be an immersive setting.

There are rickshaw booths and a bar area with some pretty fancy cocktails - and you are here to try their Chai Wala, alongside a rather fancy High Chai.

Well, let's start with the Mumbai sandwich - a vibrant mix of coriander and mint chutney, masala spices, and layers of cucumber, onion, and tomato, all snuggled between soft white bread. Move on to homemade cardamom scones that'll make you rethink everything you knew about scones, and then feast on seasonal macarons from Birmingham's own Miss Macaroon. Freshly brewed leaf tea or Masala Chai served in a hand-painted Zindiya pot completes this very Indian tradition, and because you might be in need of a tipple, sip on a Chai Wala Cocktail that packs all the punch of India's finest flavours.
