Don’t know your fork from your focaccia? This is the bread workshop for you. Feel the satisfaction of a loaf made from scratch. A great white for that bacon sandwich, or a nutty walnut loaf to go with a Ploughman’s. How about a super quick bread made with your favourite Ale? Learn all this, and more, with the award winning Ma Baker. Soon enough you’ll be giving Paul Hollywood a run for his money!


Learn all about the basic bread ingredients and how easily you can fit bread baking into everyday life. The 3 1/2 hour course will include afternoon tea, bread tastings and home made sweet treats. Take home armfuls of your baked breads along with the recipes. During the session bake white or wholemeal loaves, rolls, soda bread, focaccia and learn about 100% rye bread.


Sessions take place at least once a month at a private address in Fulham. There are  4-8 people in a class (nice and small). Everything you need will be provided.
