This baking masterclass is a great, hands on experience at the Smart School of Cookery’. There are two clear options to choose from. The two hour patisserie masterclass, which focuses on pastry techniques and classic French style bakes, covering profiteroles, mille feuille, apple tarte tatin, chocolate roulade and caramel work.
Alternatively they could choose the four hour artisan baking class which offers a broader programme with a changing menu of sweet and savoury bakes. Expect breads, pastries and desserts such as focaccia, scones, truffles, custard tarts, churros and more. Everything is made during the session, with professional chefs guiding each stage so the scope and content are easy to understand.
THE ALL IMPORTANT DETAILS
Classes run at the Smart School of Cookery kitchens at either Canary Wharf, London or Chelmsford, Essex and are fully practical. All ingredients, equipment and tuition are included. Each option is chef led, hands on and designed to clearly show what is covered and what is produced during the session. These sessions are for one or two people depending on the voucher purchased.
