WHAT'S THIS ALL ABOUT?
It's really impossibly luxurious. This cruise liner could take to the high seas, but it doesn't. In fact it can’t. There is no engine. Permanently moored at Royal Victoria Dock, this is a 5-star yacht hotel. The first in London. Its elegant lines provide the perfect setting to watch the waterfront and take in the surrounding views, and they are very spectacular. Canary Wharf, the O2 and the docks.
Step aboard and prepare to do some serious relaxing over afternoon tea. As the water shimmers so do the waiters - and the dining area does a bit of shimmering on its own. The feel is contemporary and opulent, making the whole tea experience a proper treat.

Given as a gift for a special birthday. The hotel was amazing - it was luxurious, ultra comfortable and the location by the water was perfect. The room was spacious, with its own small balcony from which the O2 and Cable Car were seen. Afternoon tea was delicious - the only downside was that our waitress was very slow and also a bit forgetful as we had to ask several times for the accompanying beverage!

The Sunborn was luxurious and the staff, service, afternoon tea and breakfast were wonderful.The room and all the facilities were fantastic and the location was great and very close to the station, restaurants etc. We found a fantastic local pub in Canning town which was a great find and enjoyed our night with the locals.
We had a great check in and our room was fantastic, After noon tea was very scrumptious and the cocktail was very nice, they even had decaf tea ,they made my sandwiches to my liking as i don’t eat some things. The cooked breakfast the next day was good but the fried eggs were hard as put into a dish with a lid ,the pastries were very nice and the rest of the breakfast good value for the money. Sorry My photos were taken from my phone.
Sorry, not one to write big reviews. Had a fantastic time there and would definately go again.
My son bought this for my birthday and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Cocktails and hot chocolate were a lovely extra touch to other afternoon teas I have had.
