Our experience at the Palm Court for the ‘Afternoon Tea’ was divine, a calm atmosphere coupled by friendly service by all staff particularly ‘Kim & Efrey’. We arrived to the location earlier and kindly escorted to our table where we could explore the menu & unwind. My daughter and I loved our afternoon tea at this beautiful Hotel. The little sandwiches and desserts were lush! Warm scones with different preserves and creams were a delight!

We went on a Friday at 2pm and so it was quiet, and that was nice as I'd imagine it would be harder to enjoy if it was packed full of people. The staff were very lovely and attentive, and offered us refills not only for our drinks (champagne and tea) but also for our food (sandwiches, scones and pastries). This was lovely as it meant we not only had the first lot of food included with the voucher b...
