This is a two-and-a-half hour class on how to brew the perfect cup of coffee at home. Thought you were doing alright? Well, now you can take a masterclass in specialty coffee brewing techniques. There is so much to learn about the science and the theory behind the brew; it's not all about waking up and smelling the coffee.

This class tackles the basics of coffee roasting and how to create the perfect cup of coffee.
It will also guide you through techniques for the AeroPress, the new April Brewer, and the Cafetiere. The class is run by OddKin Coffee, the experts when it comes to small-batch coffee roasting in Bristol. This class is for anyone who loves their beans (which actually aren’t really beans, but seeds), as you immerse yourself in the world of filter coffee.
By the end of the class, you will know the difference between the various grind types and which brewing method suits which grind. You will have sipped, tasted, smelled, poured, and basically become a bit of a brewing wizard, guided on the journey by Head of Coffee, Christina, aka 'The Brewing Legend'. The morning wake-up, just became a bit tastier.

Christina was an amazing host, very knowledgeable! The class was very approachable to myself as a beginner, covering everything you need to know about different types of coffee. I love that we got to try a range of different specialty coffee which represented what we had just learnt about, and then see how different brew methods then changed the flavour you can get. I feel much more confident ordering and purchasing specialty coffee now, and brewing these myself to get the flavours I want.

This was such a fun, enjoyable experience. Christina is so knowledgeable and could answer any question we had. We tasted loads of different coffees and learned about several brewing methods. An absolute must for anyone that's into their coffee!
