Claire was a great teacher, very clear and helpful. I was really pleased with the result

What a lovely day out. Woodstock is a small market town right by Blenheim Palace. We had a very pleasant lunch at The Crown. Service was excellent, food very good and set us up nicely for an afternoon at Blenheim Palace. Parking is very limited in Woodstock, but we managed to get a spot in a free car park in Union Street Car Park, just off Hensington Road. Blenheim Palace was wonderful, what a place. We joined a 45 minute tour inside the Palace and our guide was fantastic, very knowledgeab...

My daughter and I loved our afternoon tea at this beautiful Hotel. The little sandwiches and desserts were lush! Warm scones with different preserves and creams were a delight!

I have taken a star off for the venue as the Palm Court is not wheelchair accessible - indeed getting in to the hotel at all required a staff member going to get a ramp and us entering through the bar in a confined space. That aside, the experience was wonderful. Staff make a real effort to turn it into an experience describing the menu - both food and drinks - and making sure that a birthday among our party was acknowledged (pianist playing Happy Birthday and a special dessert), Special "Seaso...

Visiting London with friend. Husband bought me this for Christmas. Arrived early and they let us in before our time. Very attentive staff and service Afternoon tea menu was explained. 5 different sandwiches lovely. Warm scones with clotted cream and preserve. 4 different cakes. Asked for one of the cakes to be changed as we didn’t like it no problem at all. Harpist was an added bonus. Would recommend wonderful experience.

My son bought this for my birthday and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Cocktails and hot chocolate were a lovely extra touch to other afternoon teas I have had.
