We had this bought for us for our 50th Anniversary. It was really special and we loved the whole experience.
I had a great time. This was my first ever attempt at using a pottery wheel. The instructor was very kind and patient and willing to let me try all the steps myself. Highly recommend!

I took my mother here for afternoon tea, and wasn’t expecting too much, as it was a freebie which I redeemed... However, the entire experience was brilliant and would not bat an eyelid at experiencing again as a paying customer. The setting, in ‘the birdcage’ was beautiful, and I don’t know whether it is a usual feature, but there was a harpist playing at the time, which really added to the experience. My daughter and I loved our afternoon tea at this beautiful Hotel.The little sandwiches and desserts were lush! Warm scones with different preserves and creams were a delight!
The venue is excellent, very calm and comfortable for a relaxed afternoon. Great surroundings and the food was delicious. A lovely alternative the traditional afternoon tea. The staff were lovely too. A very enjoyable experience.
