Covid-19 Safety


A huge thank you to all our customers for being so supportive.  Its been a really tricky time for all our partners but we are all getting back up and running in line with government guidelines. 

Each experience and workshop partner will be slightly different but they all take the safety of our customers extremely seriously.

Look out for the 'Good to Go' logo on experiences such as Japanese Whisky Tasting and Gin Safari Bike Tour “We’re Good To Go” is the official UK mark to signal that a tourism and hospitality business has worked hard to follow Government and industry COVID-19 guidelines and has a process in place to maintain cleanliness and aid social distancing.


We understand that some of our customers and partners will have reason to be more nervous travelling into London or attending group experiences so we are automatically extending the value of existing vouchers that were bought from October 2019 until end June 2021 or exchanging vouchers into gift cards that can be swapped for home kits and you can see our t's and c's here >  

Please note we can't guarantee the exact same experience will be available in 2021 so please do get booked in as soon as possible.

These guidelines are subject to change.

  • Group sizes limited or larger venues used to help with social distancing.
  • If your class/workshop teacher or any of their household displays symptoms the class/workshop will be cancelled and rescheduled at a later date.
  • If any participant, or anyone in their household, is unwell or displaying any symptoms of Covid-19, then we ask them to reschedule their class or give their place to a friend. 
  • Anyone booked on to the class may be asked to wear a mask and hand sanitiser will be provided.
  • Anyone booking on a class will be allowed to move the date of their class once if they are unwell. We would appreciate as much notice as possible. If customers rebook and then cannot attend the rescheduled class date, they can pass on their places to a friend or family member or they will have to lose their place(s)
  • All team members to be trained in Covid-19 safety including how to prevent transmission such as correct hand washing and surface cleaning.
